Fuel cell for your camera?
Wouldn't that be nice. There's a story on how Canon is working on powering a future generation of digital cameras using fuel cells. The advantage to fuel cells, rather than rechargeable batteries, is two-fold. The first advantage is fuel cells would last a lot longer. The second is time to recharge, since all you would need to do is refuel, rather than recharge. But don't expect it to be on the store shelves next week. While the engineers have a working copy, it's big, bulky and would be extremely expensive at this point. But they are working on it.
